1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, downloading our mobile applications, or accessing GuideTennis (guidetennis.com / app.guidetennis.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. User Accounts & Passports
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information regarding your tennis skill rating (NTRP / UTR) and ensure fair courtside match scoring when logging official matches.
3. Subscriptions & Billing (Player Pro, Coach SaaS, Academy)
GuideTennis offers free and paid subscription tiers (Player Pro at $9.99/mo, Coach Pro at $29/mo, and Academy ERP at $149/mo). Paid subscriptions renew automatically on a recurring monthly or annual basis unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle via your App Store, Google Play, or web billing dashboard.
4. AI Diagnostics & Training Disclaimers
Our AI Tactical Coach and Video Biomechanics analysis provide algorithmic performance insights for training purposes. They do not constitute certified medical, orthopedic, or professional physical therapy advice. Always consult a certified coach or medical professional before undertaking intense physical training routines.
5. Academy & Coach Roster Management
Coaches and Academy Administrators utilizing our ERP tools are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent from student players and their parents/guardians when managing junior rosters and issuing progress evaluation reports.
6. Termination & Governing Law
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our fair play policies or engage in unauthorized scraping of platform data. These terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA.
